Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of order.
Upon receipt of your order, if you are not completely satisfied,

Customer must request an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization#) by emailing:

Customer must return ALL parts to: PutterRx 1030 W. Chicago Ave., 2nd Floor Chicago, IL 60642
Must include:
1) RMA, Return Merchandise Authorization # (from PutterRx via email)
2) Customer’s Name, address & method of payment
3) Original shipping material & packaging
4) Custom Neoprene case
5) ALL accessories
6) Reason for return (we would like to track the reason for all returns).
When requesting a refund, your original credit card will be credited once your return is processed.
Products returned without the RMA number, or past the 14-day deadline will not be accepted for refund.
